The Toronto '96 Bid Scandal Flashback

In 1990, Toronto Ontario Olympic Council (TOOC) chief, Paul Henderson (not the world-famous Canadian hockey star) gave an interview to a film student from a local university. Mr. Henderson was very candid about his attempts to hide certain Toronto '96 Bid facts and figures from both the IOC and Toronto City Council. The complete interview is presented below.
